Our Mission : Education

One of the main goals of this site is to educate, not only the general public, but other therapists and Doctors, to the benefits of Structural Massage.

I have verbally repeated the same information, over and over, literally thousands of times, (no silent massage here!) I am always amazed that even people who have had massage many times before by other therapists, know so little about their own body and what a good deep tissue massage does for them.

In our high stress-filled world today, massage has moved from just a feel good luxury, to a necessity.

If we want to be able to function to our utmost abilities into our old age, we need to look at what is causing the pain in our joints and take the necessary steps to stop the degeneration process that occurs with age and injury.

It is my firm belief, based on my many years of experience in the practice of STRUCTURAL bodywork that we do not just have to live with it, there is a solution.
